Simple, beautiful. I wish there was an option for your fasting time elapsed (or left if you prefer) in the drop down menu. Literally none of the apps seem to have this feature (I've only seen time left in fast, not elapsed). it could be a good draw. The widget works, but if it could go on the home screen during lock or the notifications panel, I'd be so happy. I donated, and deleted all my other apps. Remember to back up your data weekly and save guys
I've tried Zero and Life in the past, and they weren't as good. Life was better than Zero, but not that much. Even though this is an obscure app, it is miles ahead of the other fasting apps. It's really informative too and is the only app that's helped me to stay motivated past 2 days. I also like the UI, it is easy on the eyes and looks good. If the developer is wondering, I heard about it from reddit. Some things I would add are a home screen widget, and other stages like peak growth hormone and lowest insulin levels. Thank you for making this wonderful app, and to anyone else reading, I definitely recommend it.
I was using a competitor's app until yesterday for 7 days. It had ads and they required payment. I don't mind ads and I'd be willing to pay something if it works for me. I really thought i would design my own app that i would either use less intrusive ads or a tip system. Low and behold, I found this app. So far it checks the boxes. I am so pleasantly surprised! It seems fewer people are doing what you're doing and I appreciate it. Thank you for this app.
Hands down the best fasting app. It’s free and I don’t have to pick a specific fasting time. I like to do prolonged fast sometimes and I’m not sure when I will end it so this gives me flexibility. I don’t have to pay for extra. It’s simple and I can keep my weight logged. I found someone mention this app in a comment under a water fasting subreddit. I was using another app that will be discontinued soon and I’ve tried many others and was upset until I found this app. I’m very thankful as someone who fast as a lifestyle.
I don't write reviews often, but I have much appreciation for this app and the developer. It's exactly what I've been looking for in an intermittent fasting app - easy to start and stop fasting, dark theme, notifications, and customizable (i.e., extra features such as notes, water, and weight are available to track but provide an option to hide these features). It feels like the app gets better and better in each update. Props to the developer for making such an awesome, user-friendly app!
A simple to use yet intuitive fasting app. This is one that gets right down to it— it’s a fasting tracker without all of that extra junk that the other trackers have. It’s got an awesome, minimal user face and it’s FREE with NO ads. It’s also got a widget that works in real time on your Home Screen to track your ongoing fast. Plus the dev is super responsive and receptive to feedback on reddit, cool guy. Great app, looking forward to future updates!!
Edit, 5/14/24 - Bug fixed! Edit as of 5/13/24 - as of today's update, a bug appears where you can't edit daily weight data. A keyboard shows up but you cant backspace or anything. Five out of Five. I would rate it six stars if I could. Simple. No ads. The creator of the app here clearly wants I.F. to be accessible to all. As a beginner to intermittent fasting, an app like this does WAY better than the others which play ads every thirty seconds. This one is the way to go.

I’ve just started using this app but so far I’m very impressed. I enjoy that it has a dark theme and the colors can be customized. I like how it tracks your fast as a simple yet informative set of stats. The display is clear and uncluttered and I really like, how the developer has medical journal referenced breakdowns of different stages of a fast. I thought that was a clever and insightful uniqueness to this particular app.
Simple with no gimmicky extras or ads and a donation option! The devs obviously care about the product and the customers they're serving as some of the features prior reviewers had requested seem to have come to fruition (i.e. ability to start a fast by press of a button or to log weight with decimals). If the Fast History graph could be expanded when tapped to show an overview of a longer duration it would be superb, as the ability to delete entries in the Weight Timeline.
This app is simple which makes it so great. It allows you to enter fasts without any weird resetting of the previous days. And it appears I can enter fasts in the past very easily. I’ve tried the paid versions of Zero and Window but this one is all you really need. Seriously recommend trying it.
I love how simple, straightforward, and easy to use this app is! I've used other apps that are filled with ads, extra articles I'm not interested in, or demanding that I set up a whole user profile and turn the experience into ANOTHER social media experience etc. I stopped using all apps. I just saw this one recommended and I LOVE IT! It does literally all I need it to do - track my fast and track my weight! Thank you!!
I have been using other apps that are far more complicated and they do a fine job.
But I like this one much better. It’s just very straightforward and simple to use. Punch in when you start a fast, punch out when you stop. You can adjust the times if necessary.
Great design! Thank you so much to the designer
What Easy Fast gets right: multiple schedues to choose from. Selecting the appropriate plan in the app is crucial. Also, the app is free to use with no advertisements. What Easy Fast can improve: I used to use a different app that allowed me to start and stop my fasts with a button click. Easy Fast automatically schedules the next fast, but I'd like the option of manual starting. Also, in the Journal section, when entering weight, I'd like a decimal point button along with the number keys.
Simple, easy to use, without the bloat or nags to buy useless subscriptions. No data tracking for ads. Just a perfect app for tracking fasts. The icons and explanations for the different stages in a fast are very helpful.
Suggestion: a way to import historical fasting data from that other app so I can delete that app.
NO ADS I LOVE THIS. Gives you exactly what you need to track your fasting and I LOVE the widget feature. Wish there was an option to track weight on a graph or even track weight from start of fast to the end and be able to compare weight losses between fasts, that would be interesting. Still the best fasting app I've used either way.

If you want a simple app to track your fast, go for the download.
Everything you need and nothing that you don’t. No nagging notifications to upgrade to a paid version with unnecessary features.
Clean interface and great dev!
Finally, a fasting app without a bunch of junk! It's so nice to have a fasting app and not have to look at freaking pictures of food. I like that I can set a custom fast. I like water fasting for 4-5 days. This app lets me me do it. No ads. There are no articles from so-called experts about fasting. Thank you for this app. Please don't ruin it with a bunch of junk.
This is the only app I have found that is free, easy to use, and doesn’t bombard you with advertisements. It has a simple and clean interface to track fasting, which is really the only thing you need. Major props to the designer for keeping it easy.
This fasting app is hands down the best I've ever used. Unlike others, it offers a ton of features for free that others hide behind a paywall. From customizable plans to detailed tracking, it's got everything you need. The interface is slick and user-friendly too. Seriously, if you're into fasting, you need this app!
I'm so glad I found this fantastic app. It’s not overloaded with information and has a clean, minimalistic design. I love how simple and easy it is to use. It helps me stay focused on my fasting goals without any distractions. Thanks to the developers!
