Samtark Pty Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the Easy Fast mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

1.2 Health-Related User Data

- Mood and feeling logs
We collect only data you choose to provide.
1.3 Device and Usage Data
- Device type and operating system
- IP address and coarse location (country/city level)

1.4 Health Platform Integrations
If enabled, the App may read and/or write data to Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect, depending on your subscription level and granted permissions.
- Free users may enable limited read access for basic metrics such as weight and water intake
- Pro users may enable read and/or write access for additional metrics
Data accessed via these platforms is never used for advertising, sold, or shared with data brokers. Permissions may be revoked at any time in device settings.
2. How We Use Data
We use collected data to:
- Provide core app functionality
- Sync data across devices (where enabled)
- Improve stability and performance
- Communicate service and security notices
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal or health data.
Data may be shared only with:
- Trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, crash reporting) under confidentiality obligations

Deleted data is removed from active systems within 30 days. Backups may persist up to 90 days for disaster recovery.

We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and voluntarily extend core privacy rights to users in other jurisdictions, including the US and EU/UK where applicable.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
