How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account, please send an email to:

- Your registered email address
- Your username (if applicable)
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you request account deletion:
- Immediate Actions:
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- You will no longer be able to log in to the app
- Your profile will no longer be visible to other users
- Data Removal:
- All your personal information will be permanently deleted
- Your fasting history and progress data will be removed
- Any groups you created will be deleted
- Your preferences and settings will be erased
- Processing Time:
- Account deletion requests are typically processed within 48 hours
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted
- Some data may be retained for up to 30 days in our backups before permanent deletion
Important Considerations
Before deleting your account:
- Export Your Data: If you want to keep a copy of your fasting history, please export it from the app before requesting deletion
- This Action is Permanent: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered
- Active Subscriptions: If you have any active sponsorships, please cancel them first through the app store
- Group Memberships: You will be removed from all groups you've joined
